Pathetic service I received today. I wanted Vitality Active, but your call centre consultants made me feel like the product is useless, transfered me all across, no one was willing to help, and the lady who decided to help kept putting me on hold, she told me the product is R45 it's just you haven't updated your website, what kind of business does that. I actually don't even know if I'm signed up or not. I recommend you listen to this call and have a sense of your service.
