Pathetic Service - No Feedback

After following up with them multiple times as to why I have not been allocated points for an assessment I had done, they are failing to give me answers. Till this day, my vitality points have not been allocated. Their grand plan of taking R239 from me for nothing is in play right now.

And to think that I have always been an advocate for you to my friends. I feel like a fool.

I would rather have it cancelled if you are going to be unfaithful and dishonest! It's really pathetic.
