Pathetic service from the Discovery Data Integration team

Pathetic service rendered from the Discovery Data Integration team. All i asked for was assistance with changing my cellphone number on the discovery app as they have a very old number for me. I cannot proceed using my app as i need to link my device and my otp is sent to my very old number. I called and spoke to numerous consultants in the beginning of December , i sent emails and sadly, although the TAT time is 48 hours , its been a month and no one has assisted me. I NEED ASSISTANCE !!! CALL ME ASAP!!
