Pathetic Service !!!

I have been a very loyal engaging Vitality member but the current levels of service is unacceptable and pathetic.I have been struggling to get the app to work /record activities since March 2023( beginning of) and apart from countless exvuses and requests for to proof that everything is done correctly on my side( which it was) NOTHING ELSE HAS HAPPENED!!! What the hell,Discovery?Can't you fix the problems on your own apps?
