PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!

Had the most disgusting service. I left discovery medical aid, and added life insurance, just to have vitality. Only my Life insurance was activated. My Membership at PLANET FITNESS was instructed to stop Vitality. Now, this month 2 Vitality Payments was debited. Full membership was debited. And I was told to have to pay an activation fee. Since Wednesday I have been phoning twice a day for follow up. Great, the activation fee was wavered and instruction was sent to the gym, only to find out it was sent to the wrong gym, TO VIRGIN ACTVIVE !!!!!!!!!!! IT JUST GOES TOE SHOW, no one listened since the beginning where I asked. I WANT TO KEEP MY VITALITY - “no, nothing will change”. Now, I HAVE TO WAIT, AGAIN. Phone again. Follow up CONTINUOUSLY!!! And after I asked several times for email updates !!!!
