Pathetic Service Discovery / Vitality . You really have lost the plot

Pathetic service. I've been calling in for the past few days. Either i am pushed between different departments, consultants not knowing how to advise regarding the vitality flight discounts v the supposedly new platform of booking flights on the banking platform. i was forced to open an account which i have no use for and STILL cannot book a flight. i spent 20min calling into vitality now and call is answered with with a tv background noise, just ALL to pathetic and frustrating.
