Pathetic Service and Resolution, SUCH LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a big DISAPPOINTMENT from Discovery Vitality and all the LIES they sell you and NEVER EVER DO THEY PAY! So Discovery is all about being healthy and how they encourage you to buy fitness devices and they advertise "YOU CAN GET UP TO 25% CASH BACK" What a bunch of *******! On the 6th October 2018 I paid the R350 activation fee required, Discovery took my money so quickly the transaction didn't even go through yet and already the money was deducted from my account.

They sent a list of devices I could purchase and from which retailers giving me a list of requirements I needed to follow in order to be eligible for the cash back. I follow all the requirement, by purchasing a FitBit Charger 3 on the 19th October 2018 from Total Sports in Claremont. Providing the retailer with my Discovery Health Gear number which was smsed to me as my card has not yet arrived.

When I logged a query to find out why my monies has not yet been paid, I was told by Abi Peters and Taralyn that because Total Sport Sales consultant captured my number incorrectly on their system I cannot qualify for my 25% Cash back. SO NOW HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM!!!! I followed every single instruction that Discovery told me to do and now I cannot get my money back. I sent through every single proof that i followed all the correct steps/procedure and this is the response i get!!!!

I will find every single platform I can find and post how pathetic Discovery is and how they are not interested in assisting their customers! But be rest assured if you are a customer and miss one payment or pay late they must sure they send you threatening emails or sms of how payment must be made or else!!!!! Your company promotes be HEALTHY and buy these devices and get money but when it comes to paying the money that never happens or give you some ******* of how you don't qualify when the error is not on the customer's end! STOP ADVERTISING THESE LIES OF HOW WE WILL GIVE YOUR MONEY BAC****!!!!!!!!!!
