Pathetic Service!

I'm extremely curious (AND upset) about my Discovery Vitality points allocation: I have done HIV (negative), blood glucose (4.8) and cholesterol (4.8) tests... so far. Yet, I only received 5000 points - for the HIV test, and 0 points for both cholesterol and glucose, stating "Even though you may complete this activity more than once a year, you only earn points for this activity once in a calendar year - points were already awarded for this activity' which is bull. As I had the tests done on 2 Jan 2019, when on earth would I have done it prior to that, and if so the points would reflect it! Discovery also states that "1 VHC outcome in range, 3 at risk, 1 high risk" ...which is again nonsense, as I only have done 2 of the 5 tests in the VHC i.e cholesterol and glucose, which are both IN_RANGE.

Perhaps it is due to the fact that the tests were done by Lancet Pathology Laboratories (fasting if I may add) are not viewed as credible, and that only Clicks and Dischem are reliable. Yet they awarded the points for the HIV test done at Lancet. Perhaps just another money making racket. Or...perhaps Discovery are merely deliberately trying to discourage members to achieve the goals!
