Pathetic response from Discovery

What the hell is wrong with discovery vitality. I went to wellness day at work that was not organised by discovery but by prime cure .I did cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and HIV test with them. I called Discovery to advised of that Rifqah has now told me that I cannot be allocated vitality points because wellness day was not organised by Discovery. Why must I go to Discovery wellness centre whereas there are wellness organisation that could come to my work and do exactly the same thing. What is the reason for Vitality? IS it not to check your wellness irrespective of the company that does the wellness or what? Please do me a favour and allocate my points on your website they don't state anything of only using your wellness. Please don't try your sarcastic stance.
