Pathetic resolution and service

Pathetic customer service who are unable to resolve the simplest of issues.

My shoe booster was cancelled in April 2019 due to an error caused by me exchanging a damaged running shoe. After endless calls for an entire year, it finally got resolved in January 2020. However discovery calls me to say it is resolved, and they would pay my cash back into my bank account. It is now 3 months later and i still have not received money due to me.

I have called numerous times, spoken to 3 different managers and hear the same lies over and over. I will probably never receive what is due to me.

This is not the only issue i have had where i had to call discovery numerous times to get something resolved and most times end up giving up. With the amount of calls i have made to discovery i have probably spent more on phone calls to them than the rewards i have received from them.

Becareful Discovery is nothing but story tellers. The rewards are great if you actually received them.
