Pathetic customer service from Discovery Vitaity and Kulula

It is impossible to make a BA booking on the Vitality Travel telephone line. No tollfree number provided so you hold on waiting for them to answer at your own cost. In my case 53 mins and no answer. From the thread of complaints here it seems the problem is not new but it seems they do not care. No communication that they are dealing with it and then you email and they come back with a higher ticket price. Bad bad bad discovery and Kulula
