Pathetic Customer Service

I redeemed a Discovery Watch benefit at iStore who supp**** me with a brand new faulty unit. After much debate they credited the full value of the watch.

I'm trying to get hold of Discovery Vitality to issue a new watch voucher and left a message on Saturday 8 Dec 2023 with no response as yet.

There are no email contact details to escalate anything at Discovery and Hellopeter website seems to be the only option.

Discovery customer service is pathetic no matter who you interact with.
