PATHETIC

I belonged to Vitality for almost a year. I received a few cashbacks here and there. Nothing for period between April 2019 and June 2019 where I spent most of my money at healthyfood partners. After cancelling end of June, I get told I can not expect any cashback for purchases in the few months before cancelling my vitality. Pathetic!! Unacceptable! Now asking for till slips from all those months ago?!?!?!? Where the hell am I supposed to dig those out of????
