Pathetic

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service I have received from Discovery and the fact that I have to resort to this platform it pains me. I have made four calls to your vitality dept requesting them to send me the health card and on all occasions I was given the same s**** that it will be couriered and I will receive a call confirming that. the latest being yesterday. I find it disturbing and totally unacceptable that I am paying for a service and I am being disrespected and taken for granted for a service I am entitled to.

It has been four month since I have started begging for this card. I make all the calls using my time and money and all is empty promises.

I am not dealing with a government institution here I am expect better from discovery and its employees .

in short I am expecting my card to be delivered within 24 hours.
