PATHETIC!

i just received a call from VITALITY on the 28 SEPTEMBER 2017!telling me there was an amount of R 622 that was refunded to my account in error in JULY 2017!! i was not aware of this and had no idea in fact i forgot what happen in July. i get a lot of deposits coming into my account for the same amounts sometimes more and i did not know what is this so i left it, however my vitality was cancelled in 2015 and still was being debited and than nobody could assist me now i get a call telling me this and still the consultant has a nerve to tell me i do not want to return the money that is not mine.i refuse to pay that back as you come to me in SEPTEMBER now i must just pop out a R 622 for something that was no my fault.even after cancellation these people still has never changed.the attitude is the worst ever and has a nerve to tell me ****!i refuse to pay this!
