OVER DUE

Good Afternoon <br> <br> I logged a query with Katlego on 03/08/2016 still no response it is over due, He did not get back to me within 3-5 working days. Spoke to Lunga this morning apparently there is a problem with my claim query, he can not give me a time when it will be resolved or tell me what the problem is, I doubt if this has been logged on their side ?<br> <br> Lunga said he will escalate this and get Katlego to call me back but is not able to give me time, still no feed back none what so ever even tough it is over the time he had to call me back 3-5 working days.<br> <br> How much longer to I have wait before I can get some service please ?<br> <br> It is also unacceptable that they are not able to give me time when they are going to get back to me. <br> <br> Still at 15:10 he can not give me date. This is day 6 and it is not sorted out
