Over a month and no resolution

I was a dependant on a medical Aid and upgraded to a new medical aid as primary member.

As a dependant I was getting 50% discount for gym fees, when I changed and joined as a main member I apparently qualified for 15 % discount. Non of the systems updated and my gym membership did not update automatically. And now I am paying 899 for gym fees with planet fitness. It's been a month of calls to planet fitness and discovery and nothing has been resolved. Planet fitness says that they are waiting for the instrument notifications to initiate the discount even after I offered to forward the letter of confirmation I received. And discovery promised they would automatically send through the notice to planet fitness. Nothing has happened. There is discord between the two systems and it feels like no one knows their own processes especially vitality. I'm always getting the run around. I'm on the verge of canceling everything because it should not be so difficult. When I signed up at the gym all I did was give my discovery number and the fee was calculated within minutes. So why can't I just do that since updating my discovery medical Aid. Vitality is so vague and never calls back within the hours I request. As I cannot take calls during work.this should not take a month. I got onto my own medical aid specifically so I can get the 75% discount.
