Outstanding refunds on Kulula flights booked on Discovery Credit Card

Still outstanding refunds for Kulula flights It has been nearly 3 months and we are still outstanding our refund for our flights booked on our discovery card through discovery travel. ***. Each time the agent says we will be paid in 2 weeks. As far as i am aware other banks have settled. Does Discovery want to keep the interest on the amounts here ? Why would this take so long
