outstanding cash back of R2667.90

My complaint was never about the my healthy food cash back . it was about my discovery card cash back of R2667.90 till today I have received any notification regarding when I’m getting my cash back of R2667.90. Instead I got notification that I will get a cash back for my healthy food back of R283.49.

I was being send sms’ about updating my banking details in order for my cash back for Discovery card to be paid out now im not getting any feedback discovery is now quite

Can someone call me back or process my cash back if i dont get a response I’m going to tweet about this matter or I will log an ombudsman complaint
