Other member contributing not allowed apple watch

I joined my husband's medical aid beginning 1 January 2016. Before this I had my own Discovery medical aid and Vitality for approximately 6 years. Yesterday my husband activated the apple watch benefit for himself. When I tried to do the same the terms and conditions came up saying only one member is allowed this. This is ridiculous since I am contributing towards Vitality and still paying my part of the contributions why should only one person be entitled to this benefit? The total Vitality points to be earned in a year doubled due to us combining our medical aids, why should it? Why should we earn more points annually if it is evident from Vitality's thinking that I don't mean anything as a second member on the scheme? This whole situation is unfair and I feel that Vitality is discriminating against additional members on the Vitality scheme, I therefore feel that I actually don't want to be part of it anymore since I'm not entitled to the same benefits as my husband. Furthermore when you call the call centre you hold the line for 20 minutes before they answer with excuse upon excuse.
