OOPS Technical Issues Kulula and Discovery

I don’t see the point anymore of having vitality, because when you want to use it, there’s always an issue. We tried to book flights this morning, got a great deal. Received the same error and OOPS from Kulula, however I haven’t received the reversal. I contacted Kulula who said it was Discovery. Called Discovery who said it was Kulula. Why should i have to be penalized for their technical issues. I’m sure tomorrow when they finally get their systems up, the price would have increased by 20 - 30%.
