Only robots working at discovery

I want to know if the Discovery Health App still supports Android Lolipop OS on my Huawei P 8 Lite smartphone

When I contact Discovery Vitality Umhlanga***) the phone only comes up with voice message that says everything is closed. So I contacted Discovery Health on ***and followed the instructions. After 10 minutes online and listening to recorded info, a voice message appears that says all the lines are to busy for voice messages and then hanged up.

Is it still possible to speak to a human at discovery that can assist???
