Nothing works yet you pay

The app does not work; Whenever I try and log a query it says service is currently unavailable. The Rewards are ****, if I try to redeem them staff say its an invalid voucher even though its weeks before the expiry date. The stats from my fitbit device is not being captured correctly which means that there is now a case where i will not reach my weekly goals = penalties to be paid because I have unreachable goals set. Discovery if you need help with your application development let me know else the developers you have now are ripping you off ... they need to get a refund on their education'
