Nothing seems to work at Discovery.

I am just speechless with Discovery in general. We joined vitality like most people for the rewards, all my products are with Discovery to maximize on rewards. Well let me tell you, IT DOES NOT WORK. When ever you want to generate a voucher or use a reward it doesnt work. Ending with you the client spending hours on the phone to sort it out and just be told, sorry. Well sorry doesnt cut it. I pay for a product and when I want to use it I expect it to work, when I want to use it. Not the next time. And the next time it also doesn't work, again sorry. And the next time it doesn't work.... Customer service is not something you would ever find at Discovery. Word of mouth goes a long way and I can not at this stage ever recommend any Discovery product to anyone.
