Not treating customers fairly

I have not received my 25% cashback from Discovery for shopping at Dischem, the last time I received this was 27 September. I have since queried this with them and they have been dragging their feet and have not resolved this issue to date.

I have not received considered responses to my queries and they are not interested in treating customers fairly. It appears they have unilaterally decided to discontinue this benefit due to me, that I pay subscription for every month.
