Not rewarded for achieving goals - Beware of fine print!

So on the 31st of October 2018, I joined Vitality Weight Loss rewards before they discontinued it. I then proceeded to reach my goal (loast about 13kg). I went for a verified weigh in on the 20th of December and waited for the cycle to end. The app then reflected the cycle as failed. I then called to find out why it reflected as failed at which point I was told that I had to go for a weight in within 3 days of the cycle ending. At no point was this communicated to me.

Apparently this is stated in one or other document that they did not send to me. Is this the type of company you want to deal with? A company that hides behind fine print to try and get out of rewarding members after they achieve their goals.

I will be cancelling my Discovery medical aid and Vitality membership at the end of this year after 3 years of membership and reaching Diamond status. Useless company. Avoid these ********.
