Not reversing unauthorised charges on Vitality

I've been told early in December 2018 that I will get my charges back for Vitality account I don't have. I was suppose to get on or before the 31st December 2018, no one came back to me up until I write this review. I've sent numerous emails even asking if anyone will assist me.

This company is full of **** and ignore you like you're nothing. M0therfu(|<ers like Discovery should be properly regulated for their slyness of taking money from people. They're exactly like the Guptas. Take [*****] money and don't give a damn. And I did NOT give permission sign me up for Vitality.

And right now I am cancelling the other product of theirs that will be activated in February. I thought Discovery was different because alot of people in Cape Town complains about them. I will go back to the people I recommended Discovery and tell them what kind of company Discovery really is...TERRIBLE
