Not resolved

I have an unresolved query since October 2017 with Discovery Vitality. I was told that I would be contacted and kept updated on this query. The query is regarding my paybacks. I have been shopping at Pick n Pay and have not been getting the paybacks. Discovery has to back date these payments due to their system errors over the past 4 months. I want someone from Discovery Vitality to contact me.
