Not getting points or 50% cash back on races

I joined discovery vitality (cycling) where I am supposed to get 50% of my race entries back and 600 points after completing races that are on the discovery race calendar.

I did the MOnte classice and dischem ride for site (I think both are on the vitality calendar) - I have not received points of money back for either of these events. I have called the call centre many times to explain the process to me and If I am meant to manually claim it, no one can give me an answer as to why the funds/points dont reflect because its supposed to happen "automatically"

I called the call centre again today, and the lady hung up the phone in my ear. If this is what the experience is going to be, then best believe I am not signing up to vitality cycling 2024..

please can someone explain to me properly how the money and fund allocation works? And how do I claim the points & money for the last races?
