Not disclosing all related cancellations costs

Does not share sufficient information relating to cost of airline ticket cancellation. It is one thing to not receive a refund when needing to cancel a ticket due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. other people dropping the ball. But hen to pay over R5000 (almost a third of the ticket price) in cancellation fees is honestly absurd. The seats can be resold again wit cancellation being 4 weeks in advance. Travel consultant is bland and cannot pin point me to the airline rules on cancellation cost and where it was communicated to me. Honestly.. all shine on the outside.
