Not delivering on agreed points.

After 6 months I finally sorted out my driving points. Now the issue is redeeming back the points I lost. I've had numerous calls and chats with the vitality team agreeing to reward me back my plays and each week nothing happens. This process has been going on for more than a month and tired of asking the same thing over and over.
