Not awarding Miles as per the achievements completed

For the last couple of weeks I’ve been trying to communicate with Discovery via their WhatsApp platform. Absolutely useless. Apparently this is now the only way to communicate with them as they no longer support email and the call centre couldn’t help either.

Discovery Vitally is not awarding Miles for exercise goals achieved weekly Last time Miles was awarded was 11 August 2022 for the previous week exercise goals achieved

There is also no info released to customers about any issues or changes in the miles being awarded
