I paid R305 now I am told I am on the R99 vitality . This is bull**** I will not accept as I am being annoyed by Virgin Active to pay an amount which is not for vitality members thanks to you putting me on the incorrect option. Now I am being taken back and forth to call all your call centres, if you don't need me as a customer please say so so I can move my medical aid and you can keep your nonsense vitality
