None of there products work they dont assist either

i have discovery bank account, medical aid and , vitality

1. i want to lay a formal complaint that none of there products work i have to do online exercises to get points to get discovery miles 1.1 i have to take screenshots of every online exercise and monitor it and report back to them to get the points this takes about 3 hours a week to complaint to ( they dont update it and we don't get rewards because of it ) this service should be done automatically \ despite asking discovery 3 months now to please let the product work, it does not work , we cant updat and we lose our points and money

2. i'm still waiting for my discovery miles , after completing health benefits i cant get my discovery miles i logged a request , but nothing happened been 5 weeks no assistance

3 in december 2025 and january 2026 i have asked discovery multiple times that my child cant access his discovery app not getting his rewards even though i linked and did all steps they opened many tickets nothing happened , they said rewards would be backdated but nothing happens

Personal health fund boost doesn't work or update

discovery can not fulfill their reward programs , they cause me hours of stress just to get my rewards ( i still don't have , they can not update online workouts , there is no permanent solution despite me asking over 5 months for products to work )
