Non-Payment of Flight Booster Cashback - Bad Service resolving issue

Hi

I would like to complain about the service received to resolve my query for my Flight Booster Cashback which I was due to receive in November 2017.

I have still not received my Cashback, 5 months later.

I have sent numerous queries to Discovery Vitality about the issue and each time the issue is not resolved but closed off.

I was told in December that there is an issue with the Flight Booster cashback not being paid out which Vitality are aware of but this is still not resolved but my queries are closed off saying that this was paid although I clearly have not been paid out.

I await a manager to phone me to let me know exactly when this will be resolved asap.
