Non existent healthygear benefits discovery not offering what is promised in writing

3 months now and my query highlighting vitality benefits that are stipulated in writing on thier site are not in place

The healthygear benefit stipulates in writing that totalsports and Sportsmanswarehouse offer the category Sportswear under the vitality cash back umbrella I have forwarded proof over the past three months proving this is not the case in totalsports currently which leaves the benefit not fulfilling what is promised in writing I have been told time and time again they are looking into it but nothing happens I think consumer watch needs to know how vitality are short changing clients with false promise benefits that no longer exist as stipulated this is unacceptable business ethic 3 months to address while we pay for these so called benefits
