Non existent customer service/support !!!!!!!

Customer service for this business is non existent !! I have lodged an enquiry about points and awards that goes back to the end of September - I receive there default reply each time saying a consultant will get back to you in 48 hours - still waiting - getting closer to 48 days now ! Sadly I dont believe they will reply to this as I dont see any replies on your website from them. Shocking that a business of this size(probably the reason for their lack of support ) thinks that its customers deserve no better than this.
