Non-existent client service!

After completing a health assessment with Dischem Glenfair branch in Pretoria, I found out I was suddenly classified as a smoker! Trying to get Vitality to correct this error by their partner network, has after 13 days of calls and visits to Dischem clinic not yielded any different result. Well done Vitality, you are really #1 in BAD CLIENT SERVICE!
