Non-existant cashback for shoe booster benefit

I signed up and paid for my Shoe Booster benefit. Once I got approval that the payment was processed and my benefit was active. I went to TotalSports and bought my shoes. This was back in Nov 2020. On 25 Jan I queried why I have not received any cashback as I have consistently been meeting my weekly goals. I was told to call the call centre. I tried several times, but can never get through. I followed up, was told someone from the Cashback team would call me...I am still waiting...a month later.

This service is so disappointing. To think I was considering moving all my products over to Discovery. If my shoe booster benefit cannot even be sorted, I have no faith, so will stick to my current providers who at least make time to see to a query when I log it.
