Non award of Vitality points earned

The Vitality points awarded to me for 2019 is wrong. I asked Vitality to send me a statement to prove this to them but this was not sent. I took the time to download the statement piece by piece from their website but they are still disregarding their mistake. Selling policies based on Vitality points and then not awarding these is just being dishonest.
