Nobody has a clue

<p>I have never encountered such incompetence in my life. I am trying to get the contact number for the Vitality Wellness centre in Century City. I have contacted Discovery Head Office twice (the MOST *********** OF ALL), Vitality call centre, the Wellness Centre in Seapoint, and no one seems to have a clue, everyone passing the buck and telling me to call a different number. The ********** 669 number does not give any options for the CPT wellness centres, not even Sea Point once. Can someone just please tell me if there is no longer one in Century City or what? You would THINK that your HEAD OFFICE, also in Century City, would have a clue. The receptionist I just spoke to actually told me to phone back in 5 minutes, obviously hoping it could become someone else's problem. Unbelievable. </p>
