No WPA Licenses for Team Vitality!!

I joined Team Vitality as it seemed the natural progression in my Diamond Status with Discovery. On joining, I have since found out that I cannot obtain a WPA Road Running License as Team Vitality is not affiliated in the Western Cape! See response mail from WPA below: "I trust you are well.

Unfortunately Team Vitality is NOT a Western Province Athletics Affiliated club, thus cannot purchase any license numbers.

License numbers are only sold to WPA Affiliated clubs, and members obtain their license numbers via their club."

I then contact Discovery requesting a refund and was told that this is not possible! No where on the website or information supp**** do they state that they are not affiliated or that it would not be possible to purchase a road running license. They even supply the ASA Licensing form in editable PDF format t submit!
