No vitality travel for non SA-citizens

Since Comair's demise, we have been unable to use our vitality travel benefits. However, now it seems we can through Vitality travel by opening the free bank account. The problem is, this is only available if you have a South African ID number. Many of us do not - we are foreigners here for a number of reasons - yet we have vitality and were benefiting from the discounts. I for one, am a permanent resident but due to Home Affairs complications, do not have my ID number. I think it is extremely unfair that I cannot access the benefits due to me because of this. I do not want the full bank account - i do not want credit or finance. I just want to use the benefits that are due to me. Please look into this as I will pull my vitality membership if I can't have my travel benefits. It's the only reason I have kept it for so long.
