No Vitality Card no explanation.
I used Vitality for the sole purpose of the gym benefits. Which I heard about through a friend. After 2 years I could not go to gym as regular as I would have liked to so decided to cancel my membership as well as Vitality.
Received a phone call from Discovery Vitality's Conservation consultant Sheraaz van Amsterdam who then explained to me all the other great benefits there is to Vitality. Funny how only when I wanted to cancel I first heard about all these other benefits. This after paying for more than 2 years.!!
Anyway. . . He (Sheraaz van Amsterdam) promised to send me a Vitality Card with in 2 weeks via post. It's been a month and still no card. Yet another month I'm paying and another month without the so called "great benefits". It's disappointing to think that in the 2 years they've been taking my money knowing that I didn't make use of the full benefits of Vitality.
