NO VITALITY 25% REWARDS PAID TO ME THE WHOLE YEAR!

I noticed around October last year that there is not really any money going from Vitality into my DIschem card. I queried from Dischem, and they sent me statements. However they said I should ask Discovery about their payments, since the Dischem statements showed no payments from Discovery. I sent my first query on 27 October LAST YEAR to ask for statements. They THEN informed me that no payments have been paid over to Dischem for my purchases (CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!). They then promised to contact Dischem for information, and that is the last I have heard from them. No response to my emails, other than a call from an agent in December, to promise that they will escalate the matter.
