No stock of Vitality baby bags

Since February, we have been trying to get the Vitality baby bag, as advertised that we would receive it. Went to two different Toys r Us stores. Both say there's no stock. I even spoke on Facebook with Vitality who said there's definitely a bag for me. I told them there was no bag, again and I haven't had feedback again nor a call back from the store where I left my details. Heavily disappointing, as you advertise this to draw people in. When in actual fact, there's no stock.
