No service from Discovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been trying for the last few days to login to my Discovery profile. I cant get in. They say my profile is locked and I must reset my password and username which I did several times. I did send emails, try to phone{dont get thru} I also ask for help on the facebookpage. On my first message I did get reply - they ask for my membershipnr and would get back to me and it is noy 5 days later and no responce. I need to book flights asap. What must I do to get help from Discovery?
