No service delivery

They did a reinstatement and advised me that they will deduct R888 on the 2 July. Deduction was taken from my account on the 3rd of July. On the 20th July another request of R888 was taken from my account and i reveresed it. Caled them and they requested a statement that i sent on the 24 July. On the 15th August i noted that my discovery was cancelled. Called again and again they requested a statement and no feedback after that. on the 21 August i phonned again and they requested a statement again. Today i phonned again and they asked me what ref i used when the payment was made. Then they requested another statement. Now my question: was today the first time they looked at my request. No i have to make 2 months payments in one and who is going to cover my phone calls
