No Running License WPA

To this day Team Vitality has not delivered on the licence number for members in Western Province.<br> <br> One of the main selling points of Team Vitality, is that runners would now be part of the Team Vitality Running Club and in so doing, would be receiving a licence from ASA.<br> <br> Team Vitality was established in February 2015, I would like to know if Discovery is making a concerted effort to obtain licence number from WPA or ASA for there members in Western Province?<br> Why should these licences only be available to members in Central Gauteng (CG) and KZN?<br> The members in WP pay the same fee as those in CG and KZN, yet we do not get a licence.<br> So each we run in the Team Vitality vest at races yet we have to pay for a temporary licence each time.<br> Will we be getting a refund for the licence fee?<br> <br> Utterly disgusted with the poor service they are giving us. Why can Team Vitality not get licences for members in WP?
