No Running License WPA

I lodged a complaint last week about the fact that Team Vitality are not issuing licences for WPA runners.<br> <br> I received a call from Wasiem (who identified himself as a Team Vitality Specialist) to advise me that one of the reasons for this is because ASA were denying Team Vitality from obtaining licence numbers for WPA athletes. I fail to believe this. Why would ASA deny a national running club from obtaining licences for their athletes?<br> I would like an official response from Team Vitality stating ASA's reason for not issuing licences.<br> <br> Secondly, I requested that if I am not able to get a licence then I would like to request a cancellation of my membership from Team Vitality. I will gladly return my un-used welcome pack (all vouchers and well as the sub-par running vest) for my full refund.<br> <br> Wasiem promised that he would provide me with a response within 3 days. That time has passed and I am still awaiting his feedback.<br> <br> It seems that the Team Vitality is causing more harm to the Discovery Brand. I will gladly like to raise my concerns with the Product Owner/ Manager because it seems that the Specialist can not provide me with relevant answers.<br> <br> Thank You.
